Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns

Digital products, downloadable products and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, please send an email with your order number in the subject line to Annie @ mariposastrategies.com and a brief description of why you are initiating a return. 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email with a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. If your refund is rejected, your item will be returned to you.

Processing time for refunds varies depending on your bank. If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please contact your bank first and inquire about the pending transaction. If they have no record of it, please send an email to Annie @ mariposastrategies.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be made only for items that are defective or were damaged in the shopping process.

If you want to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to Annie @ mariposastrategies.com with your order number in the subject line and a brief description of why you need to make an exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, send to: Soulful Services, LLC, 424 Cromwell Ave. SW, Albuquerque NM 87102, United States with proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
