Physical products, digital products, downloadable products and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Physical products, digital products, downloadable products and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be made only for physical product that were damaged in the shipping process.

If you want to exchange for the same item, please send an email to hello @ claritypages.com with "Exchange + order number" in the subject line, a brief description of why you need to make the exchange, and a photo of the damaged item.
